Description

White crystaline powder with a bitter taste.

Uses

Theobromine is related to caffeine, but has different effects in the body and brain. It is the "feel good" drug in chocolate. It is also the ingredient in chocolate that is toxic to dogs (in the same dose as caffeine is toxic to humans).

The name means "food of the gods".
